Returns policy:
If you regret your purchase, you can return the shipment to Troldebørn.dk.
All items can, when unused and undamaged, be returned within 14 days of receipt, if original invoice is enclosed.
The return shipment must be sent carriage-paid.
Claims:
If an item is defective or damaged at receipt, it can be returned at no cost for the customer.
Troldebørn.dk will ship a new item soon as possible.
If a new delivery is not possible, Troldebørn.dk will reimburse the full amount to your bankaccount within 14 days.
